Thank you for shopping with Zivori. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, selected European Union countries, and selected international destinations.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, supplier processing, customs checks, courier delays, seasonal demand, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We aim to provide accurate delivery information, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Split shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses. You will not be charged extra shipping if your order is split.
Customs, duties and import charges
For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Please check your local customs rules before placing an international order.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Zivori is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at veloraonline385@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, contact us at veloraonline385@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and work with our fulfilment partners to help resolve it.
